Hosting
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To deliver pages and protect against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including your IP address, briefly in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Videos
Videos are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The embedded player loads only after you press “Play”, from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment Google receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies. Legal basis: your consent by pressing Play, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you write to hello@herishin.com, your message is passed on via Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox (Google) and used only to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Links to Instagram and YouTube are ordinary links. No data goes to those services until you click them.
